Registration Number:027043-LOC-12117 Ca' Manzoni apartment is located in an historical palace which dates back to 1300, and its name comes from the abbess Marianna Manzoni who in 1762 radically restored it, as the commemorative plaque on its façade witnesses. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. Many objects and elegant furnishing pleasingly complete the house: air conditioning, a powerful 20 mega Wifi connection and a 32 inch TV positioned in front of a wide sofa with chaise longue is hidden behind a Neo-Baroque mirror frame. Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

The flat is located in a building from the early 1900s, was completely renovated in 2022 and is continuously being improved in detail. It is located in Giudecca Zitelle, very close to the Zitelle Church and within few steps from the Giudecca Canal with a view of St. Mark's Square. The furniture is new, essential, modern with few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code which allows to open a small box in which the keys to open the front door are placed.
