The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. The house is located on the edge of a small village with its typical Calabrian atmosphere and at the end of a dead end street, with direct access to the sea on foot in about 8 minutes. And often with a view of Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands. The property is completely fenced and has its own garden, barbecue area, parking space, and private pool (available from May 26)! The well-known tourist stronghold of Tropea, awarded the most attractive small town in Italy in 2022, is only 3 km away!

L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.
