Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Precioso y acogedor apartamento nuevo, muy luminoso, decorado con mucho estilo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Consta de una amplia habitación doble, salón/cocina, 1 baño y un balconcito. Todo muy soleado y acogedor. El apartamento consta de 1 espaciosa habitación doble, la cama del dormitorio es de 1´60cm con un armario grande y una mesa. Salon con sofa, sofa/cama convertible a cama de 1´50cm, Smart TV y una mesa de cenar. Cocina full equipe con todo los utensilios de cocina necesarios, tostadora y cafetera. Baño completo con secador de pelo y amenities. Sabanas y toallas de calidad. Hay posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de parking privada a escasos metros del apartamento (10 € x día). El tamaño es para un coche estándar, 4,30cm maximo, en caso de que el coche sea muy largo, o sea una furgoneta no será posible utilizar este parking. o debe consultarlo para buscar otra opción de parkinbg cercano. Si su llegada está prevista después de las 24h el check-in tardío tiene un coste de 20 €. No está permitido fumar dentro del apartamento. Puede fumar en el balcón o patio. Está absolutamente prohibido fumar marihuana, ni siquiera en el balcón o patio. Si se incumple4 esta norma y el apartamento huele a marihuana tendrás que pagar una multa de 100€
