Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.

Precioso y acogedor apartamento nuevo, luminoso, decorado con mucho estilo y con todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Consta de dos habitaciones ambas con cama doble de 1'60cm, amplio salón, con sofá convertible en cama doble, 1 cocina, 1 baño y un pequeño patio interior. Hay posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de parking privada a escasos metros del apartamento (10 € x día). El tamaño es para un coche estándar, 4,30cm maximo, en caso de que el coche sea muy largo, o sea una furgoneta no será posible utilizar este parking. o debe consultarlo para buscar otra opción de parkinbg cercano. Si su llegada está prevista después de las 24h el check-in tardío tiene un coste de 20 €. No está permitido fumar dentro del apartamento. Puede fumar en el balcón o patio. Está absolutamente prohibido fumar marihuana, ni siquiera en el balcón o patio. Si se incumple4 esta norma y el apartamento huele a marihuana tendrás que pagar una multa de 100€

(capacidad para 5 personas): 2 de ellas con 2 camas individuales c/u, que se puede convertir en una cama matrimonial, 1 habitac. con 1 cama doble, y un sofá-cama para dos personas (EXTRA, ver condiciones). Está totalmente equipado y climatizado. El apartamento queda en un segundo nivel; se tiene que subir unas escaleras. La suite cuenta con un sistema de alarma que se desactiva cuando los huéspedes la están ocupando; solo hay un sensor de movimiento dentro del apartamento y una cámara que hace fotos fuera del apartamento que está dirigida a la puerta que da a la calle.
