Parsley Barn - Private Wing with Two Bedrooms

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Grooms Cottage in West Norfolk

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. Daisy’s is a lovely cottage in the centre of an idyllic Norfolk village. Snettisham has a wonderful Cafe/Bistro only 4 minutes walk away, Co-Op 3 minutes walk and an award winning gastro pub 6-7 minutes walk away. The location makes a perfect base to explore the North Norfolk countryside and beaches. The house has a lovely, cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen diner, a beautiful double bedroom and great twin room, along with a shower room. There are also two outside spaces for eating.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.
