The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Close to the New Forest, on the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm). Note, we are situated on a main A road.

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. Direct access to the forest, guests can enjoy exploring the beauty of the National Park straight from the front gate. There is also quick and easy access to main roads for guests to enjoy the beaches, villages and towns nearby and of course some wonderful country pubs.
