As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. Two bedroom house close to Vincentia shops and Collingwood Beach. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are nearby. House is on a large block with lawns. Guests must provide their own sheets and towels. The house is comfortable for up to four people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, heating/cooling, internet and lounge area with smart TV. The backyard is secure and contains a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
