Appartamento situato entro le mura storiche della città, a 50 m dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e dal capolinea del bus cittadino che permette di raggiungere facilmente la stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria degli Angeli. L' appartamento, completamente autonomo, è ricavato all'interno di una struttura più grande e si articola su due livelli: superiormente un soggiorno ampio, un ballatoio usufruibile come camera, un bagno; al piano inferiore la cucina con annessa lavanderia e un ulteriore bagno.

Canto XI è un appartamento storico di 70 mq ristrutturato nuovo in pieno centro storico , nella centralissima via Bernardo da Quintavalle, a pochi passi dal Santuario della Spogliazione e da Piazza del Vescovado. Dista 600 mt dalla Basilica di Santa Chiara, 150 mt da piazza del Comune, 450 mt dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e 750 m dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. L'appartamento ha una vista meravigliosa sulle montagne, un ampio bagno e una cucina ben organizzata. Camera matrimoniale e divano letto in soggiorno. Avrete il vostro patio esterno ombreggiato. C'è un grandissimo giardino e una piscina a sfioro con idromassaggio da condividere con altri ospiti dell'agriturismo. Il mio piccolo agriturismo si trova a soli 7 km dal centro di Assisi, luogo di arte, cultura e spiritualità.
