This upgraded 3BD/3BA luxury condo (1910 sq. ft.) has much to offer your family and loved ones. We offer rest, relaxation, and a true mountain connection at 8900 feet! No crowds, just fresh air and absolutely gorgeous scenery. From the two decks, you will be mesmerized by the captivating Needles mountain range. You will feel as though you have gone to heaven!

Clean & spacious 3 bed/3 bath + loft. This is a 2-story townhouse style condo with private entrances, 2 private balconies, and 2 garage spaces. The condo sleeps up to 10 (8 adults). You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer, comfortable beds/bedding, high speed WiFi, work area, and smart TVs. Resort amenities include indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, game room, tennis/pickleball, stocked pond, gas grills, and gym. Ski shuttle and equipment rentals also on property.

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. NOTE- NO A/C.

When you are ready to unwind in the evening, there are plenty of local restaurants and breweries to explore. This condo is located in Cascade Village, which is 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Please note, the condo is not located in downtown Durango.
