Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

It's located at the old, quiet and peaceful neighborhood of "Katsouni", which is actually just above the tourist port and corniche of Vathy (200m - 3' walking distance according to Google maps), so you'll find coffee places, restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops, banks and supermarkets on a casual walk around. The closest beaches are Roditses (10' on foot) and the organised Gagou beach (16' on foot). Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations!
