Flora's House

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

House on the waves

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

Kalami's sea view

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
