It's perfect for anyone wanting to be in the center of it all (note there may be late night music from neighbouring bars some nights in high season). You get access to the shared hotel facilities like cool jacuzzi, outdoor bar area, free morning coffee and help from our amazing staff. We have 6 modern hotel rooms and our 2-story Casa.

Looking for a peaceful family getaway? Samara is a beautiful stress free town and Tropical House will provide the space you need to relax and enjoy the whole area. If you really want to enjoy a glass of wine and dinner there are many restaurants within close proximity about 25 min from Tropical House. Our home has 3 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living room, kitchen, outdoor patio area. Speaking of outdoor patios, you may see macaws and our neighborly howler monkeys that hang out there.

Located behind two separate security access gates, enjoy what this 2-bedroom duplex has to offer. Guests will find an AC cool retreat featuring one king bed and one split king. Playa Garza and south Playa Quiones beaches are minutes away. A private regulation pickleball court with mountain, ocean, sunset, and jungle monkey views is available on the site free to renters (equipment provided). On site masseuse offers a $50 full body deep tissue massage without ever leaving the property.

Boheme consists of 6 boutique apartments (2 buildings)and is located in the heart of Playa Guiones- the beautiful, surf and yoga haven in Costa Rica.
