My house is quite large and really quiet, and the suite, which is located in the house on the bottom floor, is very private and peaceful, with a separate entrance into the unit in the back. It is close to the I-15 freeway, the "Silicon Slopes," Lone Peak Hospital, shopping centers, the hang-gliding park, world-class skiing and snowboarding, hiking, the mountains, and Salt Lake City. This is a studio/suite with shared entrance, shared kitchen in the basement of my house. Private bathroom with a washer and dryer. One room is furnished with a couch, fridge, microwave, desk, chair, wooden closet; the other room - a queen bed, storage, nightstand, lamp. Bed is comfortable with a new mattress. You will love our place! It’s close to everything in Salt Lake City. Very clean and spacious. Downtown -15 min I-15 - 8 min Airport- 15 min Grocery store - 3 min
