There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. The Loft at Little Bluestem is located on a family-owned working flower farm. Our farm is located just off the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, approximately 45 minutes north of Jackson. We love this place -- from the bluestem grass that grows in our pastures, to the egrets and herons that call our little ponds home -- and we are excited to be able to share these little wonders with you, so that you too can wake up to the sounds of sheep, walk among our flowers, and fish in our pond.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.

The Riff House is a modern luxury guest house above The Guitar Academy in historic downtown Kosciusko. Originally built in 1880 as a hardware store, this building housed Hammond's Hardware for 80 years. This unit is a 2 bedroom one bath suite with a large balcony overlooking the court square.
