The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Quaint adobe house located across the street from the Salida Hot Springs Pool and town park. Volley ball, Epic Skate Park and a kids splash park. Soulcraft Brewery two blocks to the east and the Casa Calaca a local Mexican Restaurant right across highway 50. This house has a lot of amenities right out your front door. Close to down town with a bike path and a dog park located two blocks to the north I have included two town cruisers to get you where you need to be!!
