Il villino , su due livelli, ben arredato,ospita comodamente 6 persone in 3 camere da letto ( 2 matrimoniali al primo livello con due bagni e 1 al piano terra con letto a castello ). Al piano terra , inoltre,ci sono ampio soggiorno con pranzo e cucina . Piacevole giardino attrezzato con arredi da esterno in legno ( pranzo, dondoli, chaise longue, divani , amaca ) .
