Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Nelson Bay Getaway - short walk to two beaches

A beautifully located home, 5 minutes walk to Little Beach and to Shoal Bay beach, close to the Lighthouse, cafes, restaurants, shops and Marina. Pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed. There is an outdoor alfresco undercover dining area and BBQ. All linen is supplied including beach towels.

Dog friendly with enclosed carport…. The VIBE Anna Bay is a short stroll (4 mins) from beautiful Birubi/Stockton beach, park and surrounding headland. Cafe and shops also just around the corner. Pull up to your free off-street, covered private parking space with fenced area for your dog. The property provides a sunny garden courtyard, equipped with a BBQ. It is air-conditioned, has a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/oven cooktop, a lounge area, and a bathroom.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

"The Magnolia Park Poolhouse"

Relax, swim and walk around this beautiful farmstay on 150 acres. panoramic mountain and river views from every window. The Poolhouse has been upgraded with a new Spa and new Fireplace. Pls note there is a friendly Labrador and toy poodle that wander the farm. Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

Swimmers Rest, classic beach house, dog friendly

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!
