Our apartment is good for couples and solo travellers. Attached to our house, this is a small but very comfortable and modern space, with private entrance and patio garden. We are situated in a village within the Tamar Valley which is on the border between Devon and Cornwall - close to both moorlands and coast. You have easy access to all areas of the Southwest, particularly the parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin, Plymouth and the town of Tavistock. It is a great area to explore or just to relax!

Escape to the tranquil outskirts of the quiet Cornish village of Golberdon. This idyllic location is perfect for touring both Cornwall and Devon. Explore the numerous local footpaths, or take a short trip to Minions and discover the stunning Bodmin Moor. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 9 miles away, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit. Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

A family run business is run from adjacent to the property The annex has its own private entrance up a flight of steps. Entrance door leads into a modern and comfortable open plan set up with a double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette including microwave, small oven fridge, and electric hob. Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and parking
