Sunsets are a magnet from the pocket park next door: make sure to scramble down the park path to the tide pools below. Your suite has a patio for dining and storing surfboards, bike rentals and restaurants and coffee shops 3 minutes away. Night life on Garnet is wild. Occasionally there's noisy work on the house for which we'll agree on a daily discount. The Studio is a fine place to work at the desk, or borrow a rice cooker and make dinner. Or listen to Mongolian chant. Your choice!

It's all about the location! Walk right out to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Parking is not included and finding street parking is difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom and rustic wood paneling.

The living room has a pull out couch that can sleep two. They both have kitchen, mini ocean view, and relaxing rooftop deck. Surf's Up!
