The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Mökissä täydellisesti varustettu keittiö, wifi, astianpesukone, mikro, ilmalämpöpumppu, puusauna, suihku, sisä-WC sekä pesukone. Saunasta pulahdat järveen, jonka hiekkapohja syvenee loivasti. Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

Enintään 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle Keskitasoinen sähköistetty n. 50 m² Hirsimökki kirkasvetisellä Niskajärvellä omalla yksityisellä rannalla, 15 m² rantasaunalla ja ulko-WC:llä. Autotie menee perille asti. Polttopuut sisältyy vuokraan. Mökillä on hyvät 4G-yhteydet. Juokseva vesi mökkiin asti, paitsi talvella (1.11-15.4). Vierailla on käytössään soutuvene ja kahdet pelastusliivit. Kouvolan palvelut löytyvät 40 kilometrin päästä. Verlan Tehdasmuseo löytyy 10 km päästä.
