It is a lightfull, mediterranean, design-house, with large windows and glass-doors connecting the interior to the garden. In the garden there are some different areas: a outdoor dining-area shaded by an automatic awning, a small terrace with a table to have a breakfast and a sunbathing-area on the side of a small private pool.

This accommodation exudes tranquility: relax with the whole family. The villa is located in the south of the island, in Sa Rápita. It's just a few meters from the rocky coast and a 15-minute walk from the idyllic sandy beach, with crystal-clear waters, white sand, and protected by dunes stretching for several kilometers. The terrace and porches are a green oasis with many plants and beautiful corners that invite you to relax. Outside, there's a barbecue and a sun terrace for relaxing.

En el exterior piscina privada solo para la casa , espacios amplios zona piscina y mesa con sillas y tumbonas con barbacoa. Disponemos de bicicletas, hamacas de playa y sillita de coche para bebé. En Mallorca es obligatorio el impuesto turístico, 2€ por noche cada persona mayor de 16 años.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
