Tap & Dough is a local favorite. They make their own dough. The food is great and so is their selection of craft beer. During the summer the outside walls slide up to extend the environment to the outside. Great place to meet up with friends.

Lookout Mountain can either be a 3.5 mi or 1.5 mi hike one way, depending on where you start. The trail has mostly tree cover and is moderate in difficulty only because it is a gradual, continual climb. With many stops to catch your breath along the way and to take in the environment, it will refresh your soul.

Along Washington st. you will find outdoor wear & gear, antique shops, great food with patios, microbrews, pet store, clothing, etc. While you are there take a walk along the Clear Creek path. During the summer you can watch kayakers practicing in the creek. Bring your dog. You will both enjoy the scenery and liveliness and activities that the trail draws.
