Locally known by the older crowd and the surfing community as "The Farm". Back in the day, the only access to this beach was via a private farm. Sometimes the farmer was around to collect the 40 cents fee, but more often than not, it was left in the honesty box hanging on the gate.
These days access is free and easy.

Shellharbour Boat Ramp

This is the largest natural bushland reserve in the Illawarra, covering 250 acres and is the last remaining viable remnant of coastal plain forest between Clifton and Berry.

There are three points of access to the Reserve.
Shellharbour Road, Shellharbour

Wattle Road, Flinders
The Reserve is unique because of its location in the centre of an urban area, the forest contains a diversity of vegetation and wildlife. The area boasts extensive picnic and barbecue facilities as well as children's playgrounds.

Sightseeing
The blowhole is a popular destination for out of town visitors. It's less than 15 mins drive away, but of course doesn't "blow" every day. Don't be too disappointed if it isn't performing when you visit - it's still a beautiful place to visit with spectacular views down the coast.

The 665 metre long Sea Cliff Bridge is a highlight along the Grand Pacific Drive - A drive which takes in 140 kilometres worth of coastal scenery from the Royal National Park, Loftus down to Nowra.
The Sea Cliff Bridge offers visitors the chance to get out of the car and stretch their legs. It is also a great viewing platform for migrating whales heading north/south during migrating season.
The Sea Cliff Bridge is accessible via public transport.
Coalcliff station has trains running seven days. There is a steep incline from the train station to the bridge; the walk will take approximately 15 minutes from station to bridge.
Bus stops are located on either side of the Sea Cliff Bridge.
