My absolute favorite restaurant, and its not even in the city. This Puerto Rican food is amazing, their sandwiches, shrimp mofongo, plantains (with everything on it) and flan are amazing.

This is my favorite spot, because it has everything, Cigars, drinks, pool tables, tapas and on fri and sat, a live cuban band and salsa dancing. Quick cab ride away!
