Getting Around
You can take the boat to go on a day trip to the Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat. I recommend to to the Island of Lerins in front of Cannes for the day. You leave at 9am and spend the day there.

To go to Monaco from the apartment is simple. You go at the bus station at the end of harbor and take the bus 607. You will get there very easily and will be able to stop on the way to Villefranche.
