Open in 2015 by a Canadian, a Welsh and and American, they open their tasting room only on Saturdays and Sundays, with food trucks parked on their terrace. Their beer is also served in many craft beers bars in Kyoto (and Japan). If you want to bring a bottle back home then you need to visit their brewery. One of the 3 owners, lives in Kikuhama, guess who he is!

L'Escamoteur is a Steam Punk cocktail bar, one of the best in Kyoto. The owner, Chris (Christophe) is a French magician from South of France, and very cautious of all the details in the preparations of his magic potions. It is not very big and usually crowded, and kids are not allowed. Prices are not cheap, a cocktail costs about 1500¥. Closed on Mondays, it opens until late. Chris knows Ben (Benoit) :)
