Neighborhoods
A park in our very close neighbourhood. In Laugardalur we have Cafe Flóra (a nice little restaurant where you can choose to eat outside), the old washing place, where women used to wash the laundry in the past, there is a place where you can go scating, the swimming pool of Laugardalur is there too, the family park and the local Zoo with domestic animals. And there is a nice area where you can go for walks, surrounded by green, and with a nice little pond to sit by.

We have lots of hot water from our natural hot springs. So our swimming pools have become our way of being outside in any kind of weather. They are a really nice way of renewing in between trips or upon arrival to Iceland to wash off the travelling dust.
