Known locally as 'The Gravediggers' pub', this pub is one of Dublin's hidden gems, located on a quiet square by a now little-used gate into Glasnevin cemetery. It is a very old Dublin pub (founded 1833) which is full of character and frequented by locals and visitors alike. It is still a lovely old pub in its original condition. Most of the interior décor is original, including the bar counter and a partition that once separated the drinking area from the grocery. It has featured in movies and TV adverts.
