Yes, the Joule is a hotel; attached is my favorite coffee spot, Weekend Coffee. A bit pricey, but worth it IMO. Enter via Commerce street and find free parking for coffee-goers. Parks close-by, too.

Dallas built a tunneled highway so we could have this park on top. Free pingpong, boardgames, golfing rentals, etc. A children's water park and a dog park that are all beautifully kept up.
