In the shell shop you can pay $4 ($1 for kids) to take stairs through a 100 year old smuggler's tunnel into a cave on the water. There's nothing really down there, but still it's pretty neat.

Some of the best surf in California. Black's is a secluded and beautiful (nude) beach. You can walk here from La Jolla Shores at low tide only. Don't miss the cliff elevator, straight from James Bond.
