Take this boat to have a little roundabout trip on the harbour. The boat is completly FREE of charge. It is a means of transportation, but you can take it just to see the city from the ocean. Really reccomendet to spend some 30 minutes on this trip.

Mellemværftet / Vågen in Kristiansund is a bay with some old arcitecture in Kristiansund. Here there are shipyards, builders, boathouses, and similar types of industry and bolts. While almost the entire city center was bombed in May 1940, the area around Vågen was spared. There you will find some stories from the maritime city of Kristiansund.
