You HAVE to try the Donut Bar. I will warn you though, they open early and sell out quickly. Lines form around the block even before they open. We often cheat and order online but you have to order at least a dozen; it's totally worth it though!

Mission Beach is definitely a "Must Visit" on your trip to San Diego. There are many great places nearby to eat and shop as well. You could easily spend a couple days here!
