Restaurants range from chef-driven hotspots to laid back local fixtures to food trucks. There are popular venues for food, film, theater, live music, and local art, as well as many relaxed bars and patios. Situated next to its namesake park “Zilker Park”, with 350 acres of green space and biking and hiking trails. Zilker Park is walking distance from our home and is the home of Austin City Limits festival!

The pool measures three acres in size and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68-70 degrees. The pool is ideal for year round swimming. The springs serve as home to the endangered Barton Springs Salamander, and is listed as a federally protected habitat.
