Sequoia National Forest is mostly enclosed by the Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park, and you'll have to pay the National Park entrance fee to gain access to the Forest.
Highlights include Buck Rock Lookout, Big Meadow, Stony Creek (gas and hiking areas), and Hume Lake (gas, store, restaurants, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking).

Sequoia National Forest is mostly enclosed by the Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park, and you'll have to pay the National Park entrance fee to gain access to the Forest.
Highlights include Buck Rock Lookout, Big Meadow, Stony Creek (gas and hiking areas), and Hume Lake (gas, store, restaurants, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking).
Hume Lake is a great destination for swimming, fishing, hiking, and boating. Also a draw: restaurants, coffee shop, convenience store, gift store, and gas.

Right off Highway 180, Grizzly Falls is tall and misty. Watch for a little bird - the American Dipper - fly into and around the falls to its nest! It's almost impossible to believe!
