Tigertail Beach is a large area with children’s play areas, beach and watercraft rentals. Parking is about $8. For the best beach, drive as far south as you can (left) in the parking lot and walk to the beach through one of the access points.

Take a left turn and park in the 2nd parking lot (first one is for residents). Short walk through to the beach. Grab lunch right there at the Sunset Grill.
