Any local will tell you it's best to park at the Pandora Mine parking area and walk up to the base of the falls or to the Bridal Veil Power Station which is perched on the top of the falls.

Parks & Nature
Town Park is where many of the major festivals like Bluegrass, Blues & Brews are held. This park might sit in one of the most picturesque settings in the world, surrounded by thirteen thousand foot mountain peaks and looking directly at Ingram Falls (180') at the end of the box canyon. Large playing fields host local soccer and softball games in the evenings. Young kids will love the Imagination Station a large playground. You can also hike to a small water fall that sits just outside the park and the campground.

The coolest and most scenic way to get from the Town of Telluride to the Mountain Village (15 minutes one way). The FREE gondola runs from 7 a.m. to midnight during summer and winter seasons, with some special longer operating hours for certain festivals.

If you're going to splurge do it at the Sheridan Chop House. We LOVE their Bison Bone-in Ribeye (mouth watering), Gruyere Mac & Cheese, Fresh Ground Sirloin Burgers (seriously the best burger ever) and Truffle Fries. And also the location, ambience and service are top notch.
