A short walk turning left outside our front door. Keep left and you enter Sacromonte with its cave houses and flamenco bars. The monestry is worth a look too.

C31. hopper bus
There is a hopper bus C31 which does a circular route and stops very close to our house. It takes you down to the cathedral then to plaza Larga, along Paseo de los tristes then up ou stop on Cuesta del Chapiz.
Tickets purchased to the bus. Also a bono card for 5 or 10 trips which reduces the price and can be used for a group of passengers.

City Metro.
There is a city metro which runs from Albolote to the Sierra Nevada shopping center.
Closest stop is at the train station.
