A wonderful location, kept on purpose like it was after the war (front of the house has not been renovated), absolutely "Berlin" in the twenties, on the ground a ball house with live music on Friday and Saturday, all generations mixed, very very great! And on the first floor, the wonderful Spiegelsaal (mirror room) with some nice concerts and events (have a look on their website: http://www.ballhaus.de/de/startseite.html

Nice chic restaurant with very good European kitchen, higher price category (around 36 EUR for lunch and 50 EUR for dinner), but VERY good and beautiful room!
