Waternish is fortunate to have Michelin starred chef Michael Smith at Lochbay; Stein Inn - the oldest Inn in Skye and the little tent of treats at Skyeskyns - YURtea&coffee. Lochbay can be booked up months in advance. Booking is advisable at Stein, but they do sometimes allow walk-ins depending on how busy they are. The Yurt is open from 10.30-4.30 - indoor and outdoor seating.
