Local farm to table, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is my favorite restaurant in Chicago. The specials are extraordinary. Pasta Yia Yia is phenomenal, excellent drinks.

Neighborhood Watering Hole. Can get a meal here from Small's (next door) delivered while you eat at the pub. Liz, the owner is from Dublin and runs it like an Irish pub.

Sightseeing
Not listed in any guide book or tourist website. The water taxi is part of the Transit system. Hop on at Michigan & Wacker, leaves every 15 minutes. Purchase a return ticket while on the taxi, going all the way to Chinatown. Check out the amazing mall with excellent cuisines, walk around to see the old Chinatown a couple blocks down. Hopefully, you will return on the taxi when the sun is down and you get to see the river and the city when it is lit up and glowing.
