Neighbourhoods

The house is in a very friendly neighbourhood. There is a fantastic walk along the River Wear into town. Walk out from the house towards: Durham River Walk Car Park Spot and walk west towards Durham centre. It is around a 1 hour walk at a relaxed pace.

Food scene

On a Saturday and in the week I love to explore around the indoor market in the centre of Durham. They often have a street food market on the outside of the market as well.
