Desert Dressing Advice
You are visiting the desert, start with this thought when packing. Arizona is known for its heat, but what people aren’t prepared for is the drop in temperature at night! During our cooler months, it’s typical to see 20-40 degree changes in a day, within hours! Plan for all 4 seasons with a sweater AND a swim suit! Sun block (SPF 30 or higher) is a year round essential and aloe is a great addition if dryness or burning occurs with sun exposure. And the number one best accessory in Arizona is…. Water! Our “dry heat” has a tendency to make sweating non existent, so stay hydrated!
