Stunning beach for swimming, surfing and snorkelling. If the main beach is busy try little Redgate, take the path behind the carpark and head North, you'll likely have the beach to yourself! Good little protected lagoon for snorkelling on smaller swells.

Something we don't do especially well in Margaret River - takeaway or late-night food (as guests arriving late evening have discovered!)
Some pointers (that are not necessarily recommendations!) are:
- Chicken Treat (sometimes delivery available, check online)
- Squid Lips fish and chips (closes at 7.30)
- Dominos
- Normal Van burgers (check their facebook for location/time)

No Uber in Margaret River
We have no Uber service in the region, and a very limited taxi service.
If you really need transport that's not a designated driver, we recommending calling a local taxi service and booking in advance for your pick or drop-off.
If you're lucky, you may also find one lingering around the Tavern late-night.
If its just down the street and the weather is good, enjoy the walk home instead, its very safe.
