Popular among locals and tourists, Magens Bay Beach is located on the north side of the island. The turquoise waters are almost always calm, and are ideal for leisurely swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. This beach is family friendly and offers public restrooms, shopping, a bar and concession stand, as well as kayak and SUP rentals. For exercise enthusiasts, there is also an easy to moderate hiking path. *note that there is a nominal admission fee to enjoy this beautiful beach

We love this place best for dinner. Enjoy a delicious dinner over sunset at the beach. They have a fantastic red snapper (only available at dinner) that we highly recommend. Wear bug spray if you’re going around sundown - the sand flies are fierce!
