The Devils Postpile is beautiful. There is hiking for all abilities. My kids loved the junior ranger program. It’s a great place to spend the day. Go early to get parking.

This is a great place for kids. A nice easy walk around the lake with harder, longer options as needed. Or just simply sit by the lake and throw rocks.

We stumbled upon this unexpectedly in November and found it to be awesome. The hike was easy at the beginning for kids and then progressively got harder. Views were spectacular!

Beautiful trail, well maintained. The trail around this lake was great for kids. We used it as the first mountain bike trail for my 5yo. He did well but was very loose sand.
