Green Spaces
explore the local quaint beach where our creek empties into lake washington. i particularly enjoy the shady spots and little pathways on the north end of the park where the creek empties out into the water. swimming is particularly fun on a hot day when the water is calm. playgrounds, grass, shade, baby ducks, fishing, creeks, lake swimming. Mathews beach has it all for a cute neighborhood beach day.

Magnuson park is a huge green space. there are sculptures, open fileds, baot launch, sports fields, swimming, walking trails, beach access, dog park. Magnuson is also the home of NOA the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association. There are folks in the neighborhood that work for NOAA so it there is a general feeling for respect and protection of our local waterways and wildlife. Magnuson, water, NOA... all reasons we love our neighborhood.

Warren G. Magnuson Park
7400 Sand Point Way NEMagnuson park is a huge green space. there are sculptures, open fileds, baot launch, sports fields, swimming, walking trails, beach access, dog park. Magnuson is also the home of NOA the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association. There are folks in the neighborhood that work for NOAA so it there is a general feeling for respect and protection of our local waterways and wildlife. Magnuson, water, NOA... all reasons we love our neighborhood.

Food scene
A cute little spot for beer and wine. You can sit outside in a little courtyard, lots of character and right up the street on 35th. We love spending a sunny afternoon hanging out here, and we bring our puppy. They have a full menu of food, but we mostly go for a drink and the outside space.

We love spending a sunny afternoon hanging out here, and we bring our puppy. They have a full menu of food, but we mostly go for a drink and the outside space.

Woodinville is like our little Napa valley. its a cute little area not too far that has wine tastings from all the washington vinyards. there are also some fantastic restuarants to eat at. You can visit for an afternoon and walk around and do wine tastings, and even take walks along the river.

When you arrive, there is a large dark fence. You can park on the street anywhere on 35th avenue. Pull the large driveway rolling fence door. Walk all the way down the driveway to the brick cottage. The front door is around the corner to the left. Put in your door code and turn the deadbolt to unlock.
