If Fat tire put this craft brewery on the map, La Folie (their sour beer) made them a Colorado staple. Their tour fills up months in advance but a little inside secret - show up and put your name on the list. I’ve been 12 times and have gotten in every time.

We’ve spent an entire day here playing cornhole with friends and drinking beer. It’s definitely a fun, family-friendly environment with all kinds of beer and an enormous indoor restaurant. Next door is Angelo’s taverna and Carboy winery.
