if you like beer, you must visit Subversive! They make their own right on site and all of their beers are delish. Plus wood-fire grilled pizzas on the weekends. And you can walk there (and it's dog friendly). What's not to love?

If you're willing to venture a little further, Art Omi is an amazing must-see outdoor sculpture park (dog friendly). Approximately 25 minute drive from cottage but there are lots of cool things to do and see along the way. Definitely worth a day trip.

Hudson is less than 10 minutes away, just over the Rip Van Winkle bridge and definitely worth checking out. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. It's a great place to window shop, catch a drink or dinner.

Leash dogs when walking around town
People are a little sensitive about unleashed dogs. Please leash and pick up after your pups! And throw the waste in public trashcans, not personal trash bins outside of people's homes.
