I went there yesterday (July 2018) and it was a great afternoon. Rentals are $12 for one "ride" or $20 for the day. You need to walk from the rental place along a lovely trail next to the clear creek and the you float 45-60 minutes down the river back to the rental location.
LOTS of fun and a great way to cool of and experience the Colorado life.
