"We were recommended this place by our Air BnB hosts and we are very thankful they did. This pizza joint was staffed by amazing people. All of the servers were extremely friendly and hospitable. They were very welcoming and we felt right at home. It smells absolutely delectable from the second you walk inside, because the wood fire pizza scent is strong and heavenly. We ordered a few beers and a pizza each. The prices are a bit high but the pizzas are large and absolutely delicious so totally worth it. I myself got the GoForth which was basically a mouth watering meat lover's pizza. My fiancé got the SkyKing. He enjoyed mine better but both were delicious. We then ordered a skillet cookie for dessert which was very rich but again, worth it. Our server was named Sam. He was a cute 20 year old kid, who was unbelievably friendly. He seemed fairly busy as he had tables inside and outside the restaurant but was attentive to our table without being excessively bothersome. Great service! I even spoke with the manager Silas to compliment Sam as I just love when I get great service! When we left the restaurant we actually ended up staying outside because a band had started up in true Tennessee fashion with live music and we listened for a few songs before heading home. I have no complaints whatsoever about this joint and will return every time I find myself in the area!"

The tunnel is part of the Harpeth River State Park, located at the end of a ½ mile trail. It’s all that remains of what was once an iron forge, constructed by Bell back in the 1830s.
