Head for the cosy front bar in the winter or sit in the garden by the stream with the ducks and chickens in the summer. Try the home produced hot pork bap with apple sauce; you won’t need to eat for the rest of the day! A lovely pub, the village is lovely too (though it gets very busy during the tourist seaon!).

Claims to have one hundred different gins behind the bar including many local ones (we are gradually working our way through them!). Recently under new ownership with much improved menu which means it is growing in popularity. Worth booking during holiday season.
